  F - I hired his firm to file an appeal, I paid him just under 3000.00 dollars to do the above. I had 6 months for a time line to have this in to the courts, for just under 3 years I had been waiting for an answer as to the outcome, calling his office, going in to see him, as well as the associate that also worked at his firm. Expressing several times that I had called the courts to see if this appeal was infact filed, and they always told me that nothing was on file, yet his firm insisted that it was filed. He does not return calls, he cancells apointments and does not rescheduale them either. I found out about 5 months ago that it was never filed, I was lied to by him and members of his firm. He did not answer my letters to the firm asking for the evidence that showed the appeal was ever filed either. He does not want to refund me the money that I am out of pocket only a portion there of, I have turned him and the associate into the "Commitie On Judicial Conduct" and they are investiagting this matter. He does not take responsiblity for the actions of his firm, and takes a pass the buck routine approach to problems that he as a principal of the firm is responsible for! A lawyer is an officer of the court and takes an oath, I think he forgot that he took one... I myself am now bringing an action against his firm for the damages that he caused by not compleating this appeal process and seeking relief for my expenses. Some people may say that taking someones money for a service and not providing that service is stealing, you be the judge? This is not the frst time that his firm has let me down, however not to this extent... His firm will find out that they lied to the wrong person!
